You're Body Building - NOT on a Weight Loss Diet






This is the attitude . Being on a weight loss program for many , unfortunately, is almost an admission of self- shame, shame. We fight about how I left to look the amount of work I have to do, will never happen , the world looks at me and judge me ... and sacrifice, sacrifice, sacrifice is all we can think ... so we could climb Mount Everest .
Attitude is everything in life . Remember - those who climb Mount Everest have voluntarily anticipate the adventure and excitement . Getting to the top is secondary to the real pride to try one of the great conquerors of the world. I do not like to use the cliché - but true - glass half empty , half full , or ... I filled the glass.
What is the difference between a goal and a dream ?
A dream is a whim, a strong desire ... I would ... cultivated or even a game of make believe. The plan is not there .
Objective : it is a dream with a detailed report on how to achieve this plan and a timeline and a deadline. Something drew a detailed projections for real-time route - knowing that we must anticipate traffic flow and will never have to maneuver on the road magnates . Gaffes (excuse the blunt acronym ) are the norm - but it is a welcome part of the challenge to make us stronger and finally we take a "YES" sense of accomplishment .
You may disagree with the sport of bodybuilding ... but the attitude of a bodybuilder , discipline , respect is something I urge all those who are trying to lose weight to learn. Again , I am totally if you stick to the paradigm of counting calories in calories , gym X number of times per week ... reports of torture ... we are doomed to failure, or temporary results at best. Sustainable fat loss is a science of the mind, body , spirit , pride , and realize that it is one of the best routes to our happy place. The feeling that I worked hard , earned a little ... there is now a natural high .

I have to go to the * & ^% $ & ) gym on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
( Sob sob sob ) I only lost 2 pounds last week with all the ugly work
I can not have the cheesecake, I can not have ... I can not ...
Okay ... it is useless, I do not have time for that , I am very busy ... I walk until time frees us and try again ( one by the way ... no free time ... We take the time and find more efficient and productive we become pride and accomplishment ! )

Self-discipline is self-control and liberation . NO sacrifice of all, it is a reward for taking care of our lives - our lives control us .

I think the law is a form of self- sabotage and terrorism , as well as learned helplessness .. The right which I think is part of dreams. The fact that we go to the gym does not mean that you will have amazing results.
Amazing results taking embarrass us to try new ideas and routines , get out of our comfort zone , an open mind , allowing paradigm shifts and welcome every challenge as an opportunity for growth and reward , no evidence to support the automatic naysaying .
