Many people talk about weight loss to start the new year. So far, it is one of the most common new year resolution since time immemorial , or because people started to pay attention to your body figure . The fact is that only 5% of people who have made New Year's resolution to lose weight really do and only 3 % were successful only. Somehow , it makes me think that New Year's resolutions may be things you do not want for that specific year because most of the time , people are not really even try to achieve these resolutions.
Now do not get me wrong. I watched some of my friends and people around me who had a New Year's resolution to lose weight , but at the end of the year still won more . I 've had my share of New Year's resolution in the past, but none of them are trying to lose weight, but I was able to carry out . I am a strict guideline during the New Year's resolution that can help you online, especially if you want to lose weight this year 2014.
1 . It must be realistic and achievable
Always check if your resolution is feasible or not. Do not make any new year resolution that is totally impossible. A resolution is totally different from a dream. Action is required and can be achieved in a given time period .
2 . Make a time
Right after , I decided that New Year's resolution is important that the calendar in which you can determine if you are actually doing something or not created. Like, if you want to lose 150 pounds this year. Then it would be convenient to divide the year into four quarters and set goals by quarter. For example, in March 2014 , and lost 20 pounds, then in June 2014 and have lost 60 pounds and so on. What this does is help to motivate you to do all the things you have to do to share , which met for the quarter and at the same time provide an assessment tool to determine if what you do is actually help you or not .

If you really want to lose weight , it is very important that you try to make all their shares weight loss habits . In this way, you do not mind going to the gym three times a week , just because you grew up in and it is something we are already accustomed .
