It was then that I decided no more! I had to do something about my situation once and for all , I had to change my lifestyle so that I can be vibrant and healthy and live my life to the fullest potential.

I decided to simplify everything and actually use my body 's reaction to food as a guide to what is good for me. Now I am 46 years old and I weigh 186 pounds . 12 % fat in the body, I'm healthy again . I have not been in my doctor's office for over two years and I am on no medication at all without prescription or all sales . I have acid reflux without allergies, sleep well, I feel good , I have not had a day off in over a year , I feel happy and healthy ... I feel good .
