I mention this because I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic a year ago . However , I was able to reverse the problem by having my glucose levels return to normal . How ?

A normal fasting ( no food for eight hours ) , the level of blood sugar is 70 to 9 of 9 mg / dl
A normal level of sugar in the blood two hours after the power is less than 140 mg / dL
I started to use a product that control my blood sugar without medication and I used it once a day instead of breakfast with this product. One of the side benefits of using the product is that you can prepare with 8 ounces of juice or water , which contributes to 8-10 glasses of water each day necessary.
