Fat Is Not The Villain

Over the past two decades, we have been informed that fat is what makes us fat. This is f - word that has led to health problems and obesity worldwide .the Villain But in North America have reduced our 40-32 percent of daily calories fat, but the North American average was put on about 10 pounds per year! How can this be ? No, we have been saying for years that a low-fat diet is supposed to help you lose weight? Not fat in our body means less fat in our body ?

I ask many of my clients to keep a food diary, at least for a few days so you can get an idea of how your diet looks like. So many of them from the list as food, fat free cookies , cakes without fat, nonfat licorice and nonfat yogurt / sour cream.the Villain Many people believe that if a product says fat makes it a "free" and you can eat as much food they want,the Villain at the UN in limited quantities. Whether or not fat is junk ! The main ingredient of these calls healthy snacks is sugar, and sugar my friend is the real enemy .the Villain Sugar is converted to pounds on the thighs and belly.the Villain And these products should not even be called food because they often contain mostly white flour , dangerous chemicals and dyes that your body does not know what to do with , and it is certainly not necessary .

Your body needs healthy work its best fat. I'm not saying that you can go and gorge on it and not gain weight , but do not have enough good fats in our diet is more likely to put weight on you to help you lose . Choose lean meats , olive oil, nuts, seeds and avocados to your diet. These options are full of good nutrients ,the Villain such as vitamins A, D and K. Remember that your diet is guilty of what North America were used to " wrap " our so-called " dietary fat " in breads , rolls, croissants, etc. .
